Last Meeting

January 28, 2025

Our last meeting had great attendance and 7 guests in addition to our speaker. We packed bags of women's products for Women4Women and inducted new members into our club. Overall a great meeting.

There will also be RLI session 1 (1 of 3) available at this training event. Folks that are interested in grants (District or RI) need to come to this event.

It is good to recognize how different we are. Our talents, our dreams, our backgrounds, our occupations.

No one is exactly like anyone else. Even our thumb print and our voice track tell us how unique we are.

Yet, we are thankful that we can take these differences and mobilize them for the good of Rotary and

our community. In our differences we can think the same thoughts and move together toward a common goal. We are thankful for our individuality and also for our common bond.

Please keep our own members in your immediate thoughts for they too are OUR community. Ron Klaphake recovering through the challenge of a pacemaker. Ron will be back on his feet and the pacemaker will have to keep up with him once he is in full speed. Also, thoughts and prayers are needed for Jesus and Laura Hernandez's two youngest children as they go through the challenge of Mitochondria disease. The whole family needs to feel our bond around them.

Please continue to keep the families of the recent airplane & helicopter catastrophes in your thoughts. Their hearts are hurting as well as the absence of their loved ones. A life difference has been made, more times over let us move together with our thoughts
