August 25, 2026 - Grace Agaba shared her inspiring journey from Uganda to the United States and how she founded a charitable organization that is transforming the lives of children and families in Uganda’s Kazo District.
After being orphaned, Grace Agaba helped care for her siblings before eventually traveling to the United States. Determined to help children in her home district, she began providing education beneath a tree. Over the past 25 years, that modest beginning has grown into a school and dormitory, along with projects providing clean water and sanitary facilities. Her organization now supports childcare, primary and secondary education, trade education, and improved sanitation throughout Uganda’s Kazo District.
